About Us
"Friends of South Omo" is a non-profit, non-denominational organization partnering with "Bridges of Hope" to bring hope to the peoples of South Omo, Ethiopia.
We are a small group of individuals who have been blessed to meet Paulos and learn his story. Although small, we know that with God, nothing is impossible and although some of the conditions we are trying to better in South Omo may seem insurmountable to some, we know that we are more than conquerers in Christ Jesus.
Pastor Wes Midgett from Central Church of Christ, and Richard from Bridges of Hope have all travelled to South Omo to see for themselves the conditions Paulos has not only talked about but lived among. A "Needs Assessment" was completed and work has begun.
